Asset Manager Canary Wharf, Greater London Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 Salary – £73,000 + Car Allowance or Vehicle I am working with one of the most recognizable FM companies in the UK who are in the market for a brand new strategic Asset Manager to join their team and assist with the mobilization of one of the biggest UK government contracts which they are due to take over in October 2025. In this role you will be working remotely and be expected to travel for an ad-hoc duties. It is essential in this role that you hold a valid UK driving license as travel will be expected with the position. It is also essential that you come from an M&E background and have experience with ISO 55000 and hold a valid \’IAM\’ certificate. You will be expected in this the role to be strategic and be able to deploy all the asset management frameworks and work closely with the client to arrange all future works across their sites.
