We are currently recruiting for an Asset Data Coordinator to join a well-established facilities management organisation in a fully remote position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CAFM and asset management experience who enjoys working with data, systems administration and planned maintenance scheduling. The Role
As Asset Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset information across CAFM systems and Excel databases, ensuring planned maintenance activities are correctly scheduled and allocated.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining asset registers and data records
- Updating and auditing asset information within CAFM systems
- Preparing and coordinating PPM schedules for engineering teams
- Supporting technician allocation and maintenance planning
- Producing reports and ensuring data accuracy across multiple platforms
- Working closely with operational and engineering teams to ensure compliance and service delivery standards are met
Requirements
- Previous experience within a CAFM administration, asset management or FM support role
- Strong Excel skills and confidence managing large data sets
- Experience using CAFM systems
- Knowledge and experience of the CONCEPT CAFM system is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
