Air Conditioning Manager Salary - £60,000 Monday to Friday, 40 Hours a Week Bromley, Greater London We\'re recruiting for a growing Air Conditioning specialist company based in Bromley who are looking for an Air Conditioning Manager to join their company and grow a team of 6 air conditioning engineers and a total company team of 15. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring works are completed to the satisfaction of the client and champion health and safety standards and ensure compliance is followed. The ideal candidate will come from an AC/HVAC background and have previous on the tools experience. Job requirements required for an Air Conditioning Engineer: * * Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field engineers via regular 121’s and annual appraisals. * Monitor performance to ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. * Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills and knowledge. * To work closely with the office manager to enable a high level of customer satisfaction. * Ensure all new engineer recruits are onboarded professionally and efficiently. * * Oversee the scheduling of service calls, installations, and maintenance to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of work. * Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available for each job. * Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed by the engineers to enable efficient communication with the office
