Air Conditioning Engineer\\nSalary: Up to £45,000 + Van + Fuel Card\\nLocation: Midlands (regional role across Birmingham, Derby, Nottingham & Leicester)\\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\\nSector: Facilities Management / Educational & Commercial Buildings\\nAbout the Role\\nOur client is a long-standing FM provider that has recently received significant investment to expand operations and strengthen technical delivery across the Midlands. Following the award of a major educational contract in Stoke, they are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver installation, maintenance, and repair services across educational sites and commercial buildings.\\nThis is a great opportunity to join a well-established FM business that is ready to excel and committed to helping employees progress within the industry. If you value stability, growth, and a career in FM, this role is an excellent fit.\\nKey Responsibilities\\n * Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems across educational and commercial buildings.\\n * Install, service, and repair HVAC, VRF, and split systems, ensuring compliance with current regulations.\\n * Diagnose faults and provide efficient solutions to maintain operational systems.\\n * Work safely and in line with compliance, health & safety, and contract standards.\\n * Update job progress and reporting accurately via the CAFM system.\\n * Support minor building services tasks when required.\\n * Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and site teams.\\nRequirements\\n * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Air Conditioning / HVAC.\\n * F-Gas qualified (essential).\\n * Experience in FM, multi-site commercial, or educational building services maintenance.\\n * Able to work independently across a regional patch.\\n * Strong communication and organisational skills.\\n * Full UK Driving Licence.\\nWhat’s on Offer\\n * Salary up to £45,000\\n * Brand new Vivaro or Berlingo company van + fuel card\\n * 1 in 6 call-out rota\\n * £150 standby allowance\\n * 20 days holiday + bank holidays\\n * Overtime opportunities\\n * Training, development, and progression within a well-funded, growing FM provider
