A leading Global Facilities Management provider is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of high-profile sites including telephone exchange centres, retail outlets, and modern commercial offices.
You will be responsible for ensuring critical environments stay operational by delivering top-quality planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across client sites.
- Responding to reactive callouts including fault diagnosis, servicing, and breakdown repairs on VRV, VRF, and split systems.
- Completing water temperature checks and tap flushing in line with compliance standards.
- Managing your own daily schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks and reporting.
- Representing the company professionally while delivering high standards of work.
- Salary up to £42,000, based on experience.
- Company van + fuel card.
- Flexible working hours – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- On-call rota 1 in 6 – £165 standby + paid overtime.
- All tools and equipment provided.
- Parking available across sites.
- Autonomy to manage your own diary.
- F-Gas certification (essential).
- Experience working on VRV, VRF, and split-type AC systems.
- Solid background in reactive maintenance and fault finding.
