Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
On-Call Rota: 1 in 5 weeks (£120 standby, minimum 4 hours paid at 1.5x rate)
Overtime Rates: 1.5x Mon–Sat, 2.0x on Sundays
Holiday Allowance: 25 days + 8 bank holidays

Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established and growing facilities management team based on a large, 24/7 operational site in Glasgow. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team environment with excellent client engagement and a focus on both planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance (approx. 50/50 split) on HVAC and air conditioning systems
- Supporting small works and minor installations (typically scheduled on weekends with overtime pay)
- Working in a client-facing environment, ensuring high levels of service delivery
- Participation in a call-out rota (1 in 5)
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with H&S and compliance standards
Requirements:
- F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
- Proven experience in a similar air conditioning maintenance role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger engineering team
- Comfortable working in a customer-focused environment
