We are looking to expand our skilled team with a dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to support our commercial clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their HVAC systems. Role Summary: As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and ventilation systems across our clients\’ commercial sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of comfort and air quality in office spaces, retail environments, and other commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on various HVAC systems. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in split systems, VRV/VRF, chillers, and AHUs. * Complete inspections and functional checks to ensure systems operate efficiently and within regulatory standards. * Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company’s values in all client interactions. * Maintain accurate records of work conducted, parts used, and recommendations for improvements. * Comply with health and safety regulations, working safely on-site at all times. Skills & Experience Required: * NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. * F-Gas certification (Category 1 preferred). * Proven experience working on commercial HVAC systems, ideally within an FM setting. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. * Full UK driving license.
