We are recruiting an Administrator to join a growing team based in Glasgow.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career as an Administrator.
Previous experience would be useful but isn't essential, as training and support will be provided.
Duties
- General office administration
- Logging jobs and updating internal systems
- Helping schedule work for engineers
- Liaising with engineers
- Answering incoming calls and general enquiries
- Producing basic reports and paperwork
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Organising postage, tags and other general admin
- Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day tasks
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Administrator would be beneficial but isn't essential
- Good communication skills
- Organised and reliable
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail
- Willing to learn and develop
The Administrator will receive training and support, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress within the business.
