We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician (electrically biased, multi-skilled) to join a leading Facilities Management company, working across a range of commercial and defence-related sites in the South West. This is a mobile role covering Middle Wallop, Bristol, and Yeovil, ideally suited to candidates based around the Warminster area.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance with an electrical bias, including general building services tasks
- Diagnose and repair electrical and basic mechanical faults safely and efficiently
- Support the delivery of PPMs and reactive works across multiple sites
- Ensure all work complies with statutory requirements and company procedures
- Liaise with clients and site teams to maintain high standards of service
- Maintain accurate records of completed works
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
- 18th Edition qualification (essential)
- Multi-skilled background with experience in mechanical or fabric maintenance (advantageous)
- Previous experience in a commercial or FM environment
- Full UK driving licence (mobile role)
- Ability to pass BPSS clearance (Baseline Personnel Security Standard)
- Based within easy reach of Warminster, Bristol, or Yeovil
- £42,000 per annum
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm working hours
- Parking on site
