Salary: £32,000 + Overtime + On-Call Allowance
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join the on-site engineering team at a prestigious, high-profile sports facility in Southampton. You will be responsible for maintaining both the main stadium site and a nearby elite training complex, busy, varied environments with plenty of overtime available. This is a long-term, stable role in a well-resourced site where good engineers are genuinely valued.
The Role
- Mechanical and plumbing maintenance across large-scale, high-footfall facilities
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Fault-finding on plumbing and mechanical building services systems
- Working independently and as part of a skilled on-site engineering team
- Supporting both the main site and training complex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
On-Call: 1 week in 4 (£100 standby allowance per week)
