We are seeking a motivated and organised Procurement Coordinator to support supply chain and supplier management activities across two high-profile facilities management contracts. Based in Salisbury, this role will focus on coordinating procurement activities for service-based suppliers, ensuring value, compliance, and smooth contract delivery. This position is well suited to someone with some experience in service procurement or a junior candidate looking to develop further within a structured and supportive environment.
The Role
- Support sourcing and onboarding of service suppliers across FM contracts
- Coordinate procurement activities including market engagement, benchmarking, and documentation
- Assist with supplier performance monitoring against KPIs and service levels
- Help organise supplier review meetings with operational and technical teams
- Review specifications and statements of work to ensure alignment with requirements
- Maintain procurement records, systems, and reporting data
- Produce reports and insights on purchasing activity and supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with governance, approval processes, and contractual standards
About You
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within a service-based environment
- Understanding of service contract procurement (essential - not manufacturing or materials buying)
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders and suppliers
- Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and procurement systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Due to the nature of the contracts, the successful candidate must be a UK national, able to achieve a minimum of SC security clearance, and willing to travel occasionally as required.
