Our client, a leading Facilities Management (FM) organisation, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of key commercial contracts across the North West. About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring that all FM services are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure client satisfaction, contractual compliance, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day client relationships across multiple commercial FM contracts.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs.
  • Working with operational teams to deliver planned and reactive maintenance efficiently.
  • Preparing reports, attending client review meetings, and driving contract performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth, renewals, and additional service offerings.
  • Supporting tender and bid activity for new business when required.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all sites.

About You

You’ll be a strong communicator and relationship builder with proven experience in account or contract management within the FM or building services sector. You’ll bring:

  • Experience managing commercial FM contracts (hard or soft services).
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets or P&L.
  • Excellent organisational, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, professional, and customer-first approach.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the North West.
