Are you an experienced Mechanical Plumber looking for a stable role within a professional facilities maintenance environment? We're recruiting for a Mechanical Plumber to join a busy on-site engineering team supporting a large commercial site in the Sedgefield/Darlington area.
The Role
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical and plumbing systems
- Working on hot & cold water systems, pumps, valves and associated plant
- Fault finding, repairs and remedial works
- Supporting compliance and statutory maintenance
- Working closely with the client and wider engineering team
- Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 4)
Requirements
- NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience within FM or commercial maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance experience
- Good client-facing and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
