We are looking for a Static M&E Engineer with strong electrical skills to join a high-profile Birmingham site. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising both electrical and mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems including:
- Emergency lighting
- Fire alarms
- Building management/control systems
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified M&E Engineer with strong electrical knowledge
- Hands-on experience with fire alarms, emergency lighting, and building management systems
- Mechanical system knowledge (AHUs, FCUs, pool plant, sprinklers)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team
- Flexible for a 1-5 callout rota (TBC)
- Proactive, safety-conscious, and excellent problem-solving skills
