As a Gas Technical Service & Repair Advisor, you will become a key part of the technical operations team, supporting engineers across the UK and helping resolve complex repair issues.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing technical support to field engineers
- Assisting with boiler diagnostics and fault finding
- Supporting customers throughout the repair process
- Reviewing completed repair works
- Ensuring compliance and quality standards
