We're recruiting for a growing projects division within a well-established building services and construction business delivering projects across retail, education, healthcare, public sector and commercial environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Site Manager looking to join a business with significant growth plans and genuine opportunities for progression.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering a wide variety of projects ranging from minor works through to £1.5m in value. Projects will include:
- Internal refurbishments and fit‑outs
- Building fabric works
- External works and minor civils
- Public sector and commercial projects
- Multi‑disciplinary construction projects
Working closely with the Head of Projects, you’ll manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Produce quotations and cost small works projects
- Manage project programmes and client expectations
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation
- Attend client and site meetings
- Monitor project performance and profitability
- Support project delivery from mobilisation through to handover
About You

- Strong health & safety knowledge (SMSTS preferred)

- Commercial awareness with the ability to price and cost works
- Excellent client‑facing and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
