We’re looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to join a reputable site in Sunbury. This opportunity has arisen due to retirement, offering long-term stability in a structured shift role.
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off rotation between 6:30am – 6:30pm (flexible start between 6:30am–8:00am, finish 6:30pm)
Salary & Package:
- £43,000 basic salary
- £4,000 shift allowance
- Call-out rota: 1 week in every 3 months
- £110 standby payment
- Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out
- Subsidised on-site canteen
- Discounted on-site gym – £35 per month
- Shuttle bus from Feltham Station
- On-site parking
The Role:
- Electrical maintenance and fault finding across site systems
- Planned and reactive maintenance on building services equipment
- Supporting site operations to ensure minimal downtime
Requirements:
- Ideally Level 3 qualified or above in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in building services / facilities maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Professional, positive and team-focused approach
