We are currently recruiting three HVAC Engineers to join a leading national facilities management provider, supporting a flagship seaside holiday destination in Bognor Regis. This large-scale coastal leisure complex includes accommodation and entertainment venues offering a varied and engaging working environment within a secure, long-term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant and associated systems
- Servicing, fault finding, and repairs on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, heating and cooling systems
- Supporting compliance and statutory maintenance across the site
Contract Details:
- Contract start date: 1st April 2026
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
- Overtime paid

Requirements:
- Qualified HVAC Engineer (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Strong experience with commercial heating & cooling systems
- F-Gas (preferred)
- Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check (mandatory due to site requirements)
- Full UK driving licence
