We are looking for a Junior Contract Manager to join a leading Facilities Management company, overseeing a commercial portfolio across Bristol and Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer or supervisor looking to progress into management, offering strong support, development, and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of five engineers across multiple commercial sites
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring high service standards
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth contract delivery
- Conduct site audits, compliance checks, and manage health & safety procedures
- Assist with scheduling, work allocation, and performance management of engineers
- Liaise with subcontractors and manage procurement of materials as needed
About You:
- Background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering within Facilities Management
- Experience in a supervisory, senior engineering, or team-leading capacity
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Familiarity with PPM and reactive maintenance environments
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Previous exposure to contract coordination or management responsibilities
