As a Gas Technical Service & Repair Advisor, you will become a key part of the technical operations team, supporting engineers across the UK and helping resolve complex repair issues.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing technical support to field engineers
  • Assisting with boiler diagnostics and fault finding
  • Supporting customers throughout the repair process
  • Reviewing completed repair works
  • Ensuring compliance and quality standards
  • Identifying replacement parts and repair solutions
  • Working closely with operational teams

What We're Looking For:

  • ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1)
  • 5+ years domestic service and repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset
