Due to continued growth, new contract wins, and long-term expansion plans, we are recruiting experienced Air Conditioning Engineers across Birmingham and the West Midlands. These are permanent mobile positions working across a varied portfolio of commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, retail, and FM sites throughout the Midlands region.

The Role
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive breakdowns and fault finding
- Service, maintenance, and repairs
- Small works and installations
- Commissioning and testing
- Completing service reports and job documentation
You will work on a range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment including:
- VRV / VRF systems
- Split and multi-split systems
- AHUs
- Chillers
- Heat recovery systems
- HVAC controls
- Refrigeration equipment
These are field-based mobile roles covering Birmingham and the wider Midlands area.
Requirements
To be considered for the Air Conditioning Engineer position, you should have:
- Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- F-Gas qualification
- Experience working on commercial HVAC systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Experience working on Mitsubishi, Daikin, VRV or VRF systems
- IPAF, PASMA, CSCS or Asbestos Awareness
- FM or multi-site maintenance experience
- Electrical, controls, plumbing or refrigeration knowledge
