Mechanical Engineer

We're recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management team on a prestigious commercial contract.
This is a great opportunity for a mechanically biased engineer looking for a stable site-based role, working across a varied range of mechanical building services with a strong focus on PPM and reactive maintenance.
The Role
- * Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance
- * Heating and air-conditioning systems
- * Pumps, motors and valves
- * Domestic water systems and L8 compliance
- * Fault finding and reactive repairs
- * Maintaining accurate CAFM records
- * Working safely to RAMS and site procedures
- * Building strong relationships with the client and engineering team
What We're Looking For
- * Formal mechanical engineering qualification
- * Previous FM / Building Services experience
- * Experience with pumps, motors and valves
- * Knowledge of L8 and general H&S requirements
- * BMS experience desirable
- * Good IT and CAFM experience
- * Strong customer service skills
- * Full UK Driving Licence
