Mechanical Plumber β Templecombe
Location: Templecombe, Somerset (BA8)
Hours: Monday β Friday, 08:00 β 17:00 | 40 Hours Per Week
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Static Site
We are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Plumber to join an established engineering team on a high-profile, critical site in Templecombe
This is a great opportunity for a mechanically qualified engineer looking for a stable, site-based position with excellent training, benefits and long-term career progression
The Role:
- Carry out mechanical and plumbing PPM and reactive maintenance
- Maintain and repair AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and extract systems
- Service and maintain commercial heating systems and boilers
- Fault find on pumps, motors, valves and pressurisation units
- Carry out commercial and domestic plumbing repairs
- Maintain pipework, sanitaryware and water distribution systems
- Diagnose mechanical faults and complete remedial works
- Support shutdowns, projects and asset replacement programmes
- Work alongside electrical and multi-skilled engineers across the site
- Participate in the on-call rota when required
