Are you a highly established Bid Manager seeking a new challenge within the Facilities Management Sector? Do you have the drive and determination to bring new ideas to the sector?
We are delighted to be partnering with one of the fastest growing Service Providers in FM right now who are actively seeking to appoint a Senior Bid Manager who will play an integral part in the business supporting the commercial team by creating bespoke winning customer proposals. This is a brand new role in the business due to the amount of business in the pipeline.
This is a truly unique opportunity to work closely with many of the Senior Management Team and to be an integral part of a growing bid team. This role would suit a highly ambitious individual with a natural creative flare, and someone who enjoys the writing and creative side of the Bid Management process.
Role & Responsibilities;
- Provide bid management support and lead all day-to-day bid activities.
- Compile and produce high quality, creative bid responses, ensuring win themes are articulated effectively throughout the tender proposal.
- Research current and future market trends to ensure tender proposals remain relevant and innovative.
- Coordinate proposal input from subject matter experts to obtain relevant information required for technical bid responses.
- Assess and address any technical and commercial risks relating to tenders and consult with colleagues as appropriate.
- Play a key role in scheduling and delivering bid meetings throughout the tender process.
Candidate Profile;
A minimum of 5 Years experience working within the role of Bid Writing/Bid Management
Strong knowledge of the FM Sector or Public Sector Bids
- Hold excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.
- Have proven capability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant bids
- Hold strong levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
