An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing FM and reactive maintenance business delivering services across a major Portsmouth-based contract. This is a fast-paced operational role with huge growth potential. The contract has already generated significant additional works revenue and now requires a commercially aware and client-focused Contracts Manager capable of developing the account further.
The role will suit someone from a reactive FM, building fabric or maintenance background who is confident managing demanding clients while identifying and delivering minor works opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Managing reactive maintenance and building fabric services across the contract
- Overseeing minor works projects up to £100k
- Managing engineers, subcontractors and operational teams
- Developing strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Managing operational delivery, compliance and service performance
- Driving additional works and contract growth opportunities
- Managing pricing, quotations and variations
- Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and operational reporting
- Resolving operational issues and client escalations
- Ensuring compliance across health & safety and operational governance
- Strong reactive FM/building maintenance background
- Experience managing reactive maintenance and minor works delivery
