PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION & REFURBISHMENT | PLYMOUTH
£45,000–£50,000 + company car or car allowance | Permanent | Full-time | Site-based across 7 local sites
What you'll do
- Take ownership of construction/refurbishment projects from start to finish.
- Manage subcontractors, project programmes, resources, budgets and procurement.
- Control cost, commercial and contractual risks, milestones and quality.
- Oversee RAMS, safe systems of work, statutory standards and environmental requirements.
- Work closely with site managers, customers and supply chain partners.
- Maintain accurate project reporting and resolve delivery challenges.
What you'll need
- Proven construction, refurbishment, M&E contracting or hard FM project management experience.
- Strong subcontractor management and commercial awareness.
- SMSTS or equivalent management-level Health & Safety qualification (essential).
- Relevant HND in building, civil, mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent project experience.
- Microsoft Office competence and strong organisational skills.
