Shift Engineer - Electrical
Salary: £42,000-£45,000 + Healthcare + Shift Allowance
Location: Northampton
Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts
Contract: Permanent
About the Role
We’re looking for a Shift Engineer / Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a stable Facilities Management team on a business-critical commercial site in Northampton.
The role focuses on PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and electrical maintenance.
The Role
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
- Work with BMS and maintenance systems.
- Complete minor electrical works, including lighting and distribution.
- Manage helpdesk requests and technical reports.
- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures.
About You
- Experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance or engineering.
- Electrical maintenance background.
- Experience with PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding.
- BMS experience.
- 18th Edition.
- City & Guilds Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- HV/LV experience desirable.
- PASMA / IPAF desirable.
