Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking to step into a client-side role with one of the UK's most respected property investment businesses? Our client is a FTSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust specialising in healthcare real estate, owning and managing one of the largest portfolios of modern primary care properties across the UK and Ireland. Their buildings support GP practices, NHS services and community healthcare providers, making this a portfolio with real purpose as well as commercial value.

As the organisation continues to invest in its portfolio and people, they're looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a regional portfolio across West and South Yorkshire. If you enjoy building long-term relationships, managing commercial property proactively and working within a collaborative environment where quality comes before quantity, this could be the perfect next step.

You'll be trusted to manage a portfolio of approximately 55 commercial healthcare properties, taking responsibility for everything from occupier relationships and service charges through to lease obligations, inspections and portfolio performance. This is a genuine client-side opportunity where you'll work alongside experienced Asset Management, Facilities Management, Finance and Legal teams, giving you the support needed to focus on delivering an exceptional service.

The role is predominantly home-based, with regional travel across your portfolio and approximately two office days per month.

  • Managing your own commercial property portfolio across West and South Yorkshire
  • Building trusted relationships with occupiers and key stakeholders
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Managing landlord and tenant matters, lease obligations and occupier requests
  • Carrying out regular property inspections and identifying opportunities to improve asset performance
  • Working closely with Facilities Management to ensure properties remain safe, compliant and well maintained
  • Supporting refurbishment and capital investment projects
  • Monitoring budgets, expenditure and financial performance across your portfolio

You'll already have experience managing commercial property and be comfortable taking ownership of a diverse portfolio.

  • Commercial Property Management
  • Service charge budgeting and management
  • Lease administration
  • Multi-site property portfolios
  • Building strong occupier relationships
  • Financial and budget management

Healthcare property experience would be advantageous but isn't essential. What's more important is your commercial approach, relationship-building skills and ability to manage a portfolio independently.

This is more than just another Property Manager role. You'll be joining a financially strong, long-term investor with an excellent reputation for developing its people and managing high-quality assets. If you're looking for a stable, client-side position where you can build a long-term career while managing a meaningful portfolio, we'd love to hear from you.
