This role leads business development strategy and execution across the UK private sector, securing new opportunities and developing tailored Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and lead a team of two Business Development Managers to achieve ambitious growth targets.
