An established building services and facilities business is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its growing Projects team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electrical background who enjoys managing multiple projects from initial survey through to completion. You'll work across a varied portfolio of commercial projects including electrical installations, upgrades, refurbishments and M&E works.
The Role
- Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously from survey through to handover.
- Carry out site surveys, scope works and support the estimating process.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Work closely with internal design and operations teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor.
- Strong electrical background with experience delivering commercial projects.
- Experience managing multiple live projects at any one time.
- Comfortable managing subcontractors, programmes and client relationships.
- Commercial awareness with experience of quotations, variations and project costs.
- SMSTS or equivalent preferred.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
