An established building services and facilities business is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its growing Projects team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electrical background who enjoys managing multiple projects from initial survey through to completion. You'll work across a varied portfolio of commercial projects including electrical installations, upgrades, refurbishments and M&E works.

The Role

  • Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously from survey through to handover.
  • Carry out site surveys, scope works and support the estimating process.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
  • Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Oversee project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with internal design and operations teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor.
  • Strong electrical background with experience delivering commercial projects.
  • Experience managing multiple live projects at any one time.
  • Comfortable managing subcontractors, programmes and client relationships.
  • Commercial awareness with experience of quotations, variations and project costs.
  • SMSTS or equivalent preferred.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
