Are you an experienced Data Centre professional ready to take the lead on a high-profile client account? We’re partnering with a global leader in real estate services to find a Contract Manager for their Data Centre Solutions team, supporting one of their most critical 24/7/365 operational environments. This is a site-based, hands-on role offering the chance to own P&L, lead a skilled team, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, high-availability setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing on-site Data Centre Operations team.
- Own the P&L for the account and drive service delivery that meets or exceeds contractual SLAs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, extending the company’s Data Centre Service capabilities.
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality, Health & Safety, and compliance standards.
- Manage change control, commercial agreements, and vendor partnerships effectively.
- Lead High Voltage operations and maintain a focus on team development, succession planning, and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing P&L at a Contract Manager level within managed services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent client management skills, including experience with C-suite stakeholders.
- Commercially astute, able to use financial metrics to drive improved margins.
- Effective communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Electrical or Mechanical systems background.
