Are you an experienced Business Development Manager within the Construction or FM Sector seeking a new challenge? Or perhaps an accomplished BDM within the wider FM Sector looking to utilise your skillset in a new company? If so, then perhaps this is the right role for you.
We are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly expanding FM business that has a national presence throughout the UK. This highly successful and well-respected organisation is currently looking to appoint a new BDM due to the huge amount of work in the pipeline. With the volume of business they are targeting, they have an urgent requirement for an established FM sales professional to work closely with the Business Development Director to capitalise on these opportunities.
There will be the expectation that you will be client facing doing a mixture of new business and account management primarily across the Midlands and South East, but there could be some scope for travel further afield. Due to the success of the business, there is a lot of warm business and well-qualified leads for you to manage. With the support of the business, they are open to speaking to relatively junior professionals in the industry that are keen to push on their careers. Whilst skillset and experience is important, this person will be judged on their attitude and willingness to learn.
