The Role
We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to work on a commercial facilities management contract across Oxfordshire and Aylesbury. The role involves carrying out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance on a range of air conditioning and associated HVAC systems across commercial buildings. This position offers long‑term stability, excellent training, and clear career progression within a well‑established organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on commercial air conditioning systems
- Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdown calls across multiple sites
- Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs in line with F‑Gas and industry standards
- Service VRV / VRF, split systems, AHUs, FCUs, and associated HVAC equipment
- Complete all job documentation accurately and maintain strong communication with clients and site teams

About You:
- Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer with relevant F‑Gas certification
- Experience in servicing, maintaining, and fault‑finding on commercial HVAC systems

- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload across multiple sites
