The Role

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to work on a commercial facilities management contract across Oxfordshire and Aylesbury. The role involves carrying out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance on a range of air conditioning and associated HVAC systems across commercial buildings. This position offers long‑term stability, excellent training, and clear career progression within a well‑established organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on commercial air conditioning systems
  • Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdown calls across multiple sites
  • Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs in line with F‑Gas and industry standards
  • Service VRV / VRF, split systems, AHUs, FCUs, and associated HVAC equipment
  • Complete all job documentation accurately and maintain strong communication with clients and site teams

About You:

  • Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer with relevant F‑Gas certification

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload across multiple sites
