We need someone who can run a business, not just a marketing function. HVAC Marketing is the marketing and commercial engine behind Urban Cooling, a fast-growing specialist air conditioning company serving premium UK properties. Since 2018, we've built a multi-million pound business, and we're looking for someone to take the wheel on the next stage of growth.
This is not a standard marketing role. You'll own digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta, SEO), a sophisticated business automation system built on Zoho, contractor and agency management, and commercial reporting. You'll be measured on growth, profit margins, and your ability to successfully control day-to-day operations.
The deal:
- £45k salary + uncapped performance bonus: the more the business grows, the more you'll earn
- Real ownership: not a job title, actual responsibility and reward
- Hybrid working (2 days in office, Leamington Spa)
- A clear path to senior leadership as the business scales.
You're right for this role if:
- You have 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- You're technically confident - you've built automations, workflows or apps, not just used them
- You actually use AI tools properly (building with them, not just chatting to them)
- You're entrepreneurial - you want to build something and share in the upside
- You're hungry, organised and don't need hand-holding.
You're not right for this if you just want a job.
To apply, don't just send a CV. Please also tell us:
- What appeals to you about this role (and what concerns you, be honest)
- One marketing or automation project you owned end-to-end and what it achieved
- How you actually use AI in your day-to-day work. Please be specific
Generic applications won't be read. Specific, curious, commercially-minded ones will. A full job description will ONLY be provided to applicants who answer the three questions above.
