Multiskilled Mobile Supervisor
Location: Central London & M25
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
We are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Mobile Supervisor to join a well-established building services company, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 36 sites across London and within the M25.
This is a hands-on supervisory position, ideal for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer, Lead Engineer or Supervisor who enjoys being out on the tools while also managing engineers and dealing directly with clients.
The Role
- Overseeing a team of approximately 6 mobile engineers
- Around 70% hands-on, travelling between sites and supporting the engineering team
- Carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, fault finding and general M&E maintenance when required
- Completing site visits, engineer spot checks and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Covering mainly high-end residential properties, with some retail sites
- Building strong relationships with clients and identifying additional works and new business opportunities
- Managing basic compliance including logbooks, SLAs and audits
- Escorting and liaising with subcontractors for reactive works and specialist PPMs
- Providing engineering cover when members of the team are absent
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Multiskilled Engineer, Lead Engineer, Mobile Supervisor or similar
- Strong hands-on building services maintenance experience
- Experience across mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing services
- Relevant qualifications are beneficial, although time-served engineers with strong multiskilled experience will be considered
- Previous experience supervising or supporting engineers
- Confident dealing directly with clients
- Proactive, reliable and willing to get stuck in and support the team
- Strong attitude and good communication skills
Package
- £50,000 – £55,000 DOE
- Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Some flexibility around working hours
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing after 1 year
- Zones 1 & 2 travel paid
- Mobile role – foot or van depending on requirements
- Overtime available – weekends paid at 1.5x
- No mandatory call-out – optional 1 in 6 rota
