Domestic Gas Engineer – Service & Repair

Coventry / Warwickshire
£38,000 – £45,000 per annum + Overtime + Van

We are recruiting experienced Domestic Gas Engineers to join an established heating business covering Coventry, Rugby, Warwickshire, Northampton and surrounding areas.

This is a permanent service and repair position working predominantly within domestic properties.

The company is continuing to grow its engineering team and can offer a strong basic salary, ongoing training and opportunities to gain additional qualifications across oil, LPG and renewable heating technologies.

The Role

Your duties will include:

• Domestic boiler servicing

• Boiler breakdowns and repairs

• Fault finding and diagnostics

• Heating system repairs

• Replacement of faulty components

• Heating controls and wiring

• Planned servicing and maintenance

• Working within occupied domestic properties

• Completing relevant job reports and compliance documentation

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Current domestic gas qualifications

• CCN1

• CENWAT

• CPA1

• HTR1

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing & Heating, recognised gas apprenticeship or equivalent

• Previous domestic boiler service and breakdown experience

• Strong fault-finding ability

• Full UK driving licence

Additional qualifications would be advantageous, including:

• G3 Unvented

• OFTEC

• LPG

• CKR1

• Heat Pump qualifications

Engineers with experience across gas, oil, LPG and heat pumps are particularly encouraged to apply.
