At FläktGroup, we're looking for a highly organised Contracts Manager to support the successful delivery of HVAC projects across the UK. Working alongside our Contracts Managers and wider project teams, you'll help ensure projects run smoothly by coordinating schedules, documentation, materials and communications.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the coordination of HVAC projects from order handover through to completion.
- Track project milestones and ensure key deadlines are met.
- Coordinate deliveries, site attendance, materials and project documentation.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure information is shared effectively.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project records, reports and schedules.
- Support the management of Health & Safety documentation, including RAMS and site paperwork.
- Assist with raising purchase orders, processing invoices and project administration tasks.
- Monitor project progress and escalate potential issues to Contracts Managers where required.
- Help maintain excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Champion FläktGroup standards and ways of working.
What You Bring
- A solid understanding of building services.
- Experience in a coordination, administration, customer service or project support role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
- An interest in engineering or HVAC systems.
- Proven experience in the production of RAMS.
- A track record of managing and delivering projects from cradle to grave.
- Experience in chairing and attending project meetings.

- A solid understanding of HVAC systems (AHUs, air conditioning, chillers and/or combustion products).
