Hybrid Contracts Manager – Join Our Team at FläktGroup
Location: UK Birmingham | Office Based with Occasional Site Travel (70/30 split respectively)
At FläktGroup, we’re looking for a Hybrid Contract Manager to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of HVAC projects across the UK. Working closely with Senior Contract Managers, factories, suppliers and clients, you’ll be at the heart of projects that shape comfortable, efficient indoor environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and support HVAC projects from handover through to completion
- Coordinate materials, labour, logistics and deliveries efficiently and ethically
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are met on projects, including RAMS and site compliance
- Maintain accurate project documentation, forecasting and financial control
- Support invoicing, variations and final account closure to maximise margins
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, factories and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly
- Troubleshoot issues early and keep customers informed every step of the way
- Champion FläktGroup standards, systems and reputation at all times
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in field-based project or installation roles
- A solid understanding of building services
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working under pressure with demanding schedules and customers
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
