What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and motivate the Regional Indoor Climate Sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Drive strategic growth by managing the regional project pipeline and forecasting performance.
- Represent FläktGroup as an ambassador at industry events, seminars, and conferences.
- Collaborate with senior management to shape market objectives and annual plans.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to create a high-performing team.
- Maintain key customer accounts and identify new opportunities for market penetration.
What You Bring
- Proven Sales Management experience with line management and budget responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry and the Specification/M&E Contractor route to market.
- A strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance short-term financial goals with long-term strategic vision.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the sector.
