At FläktGroup, we’re looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to be the vital link between our customers and our cutting-edge HVAC solutions.
You’ll work closely with our external sales team to create compelling quotations that win business—while ensuring every order meets our high standards for quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate accurate, competitive quotations for our industry-leading HVAC products.
- Support a wide range of clients—from mechanical consultants to contractors and local authorities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding quickly and professionally to enquiries.
- Offer technical advice and product guidance to both customers and internal teams.
- Ensure clean, confirmed orders are passed efficiently to our Contracts Department.
- Collaborate with FläktGroup teams and manufacturing sites across the globe.
Who You Are
- A technical or engineering qualification is ideal—but if you’re a quick learner with a passion for HVAC, we want to hear from you!
- Experience in a sales office environment, ideally within the HVAC or building services sector.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Confident communicator with excellent persuasion and presentation skills.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in learning about new products and technologies.
