We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to provide administration support to the Department, with particular focus on the Purchase Requisition process, Expenses, Credit Card reconciliation and Travel arrangements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage Purchase Requisition Processing from start to order stage.
- Handle Intercompany, Spares, and Service Orders with precision.
- Expedite orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee expenses verification, credit card reconciliation, and travel arrangements.
- Support supplier assessment and approval, logistics, and fleet administration.
- Keep our office running smoothly with supplies management.
What You Bring
- Strong administrative and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications; ERP experience (Dynamics preferred) is a plus.
- Previous experience in administration; purchasing or logistics experience is desirable.
- Ability to prioritise, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
