Are you looking for a hands-on 12-month internship where you can build real-world skills in data, reporting, and business performance? At FläktGroup, we’re looking for someone to join our team as a Performance Assistant Intern and gain exposure to how a global business tracks success across sales, service contracts, and operational performance. This is your chance to learn industry tools, work with live data, and contribute to meaningful business insights from day one.
Interviews will be held in our Hereford Office.
Data & Reporting- Support the preparation and checking of data for reports and KPI dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and flag any issues or inconsistencies.
- Learn to assist with maintaining and updating our systems such as CRM and other internal tools.
- Help set up and track basic sales and service orders.
- Upload contract documents and attach required information to CRM records.
- Build skills in business systems, Excel, and data analysis.
Good general education including GCSEs in English & Maths (or equivalent). Strong IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel and Word).
Bonus Points For: Any customer-facing or office experience.
