What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and motivate the Regional Indoor Climate Sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Drive strategic growth by managing the regional project pipeline and forecasting performance.
  • Represent FläktGroup as an ambassador at industry events, seminars, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with senior management to shape market objectives and annual plans.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to create a high-performing team.
  • Maintain key customer accounts and identify new opportunities for market penetration.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Sales Management experience with line management and budget responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry and the Specification/M&E Contractor route to market.
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance short-term financial goals with long-term strategic vision.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the sector.
