We are looking for a Senior BDR Specialist to act as the engine of our sales organization.

This is a high-impact role where you will qualify inbound leads, conduct deep-dive discovery calls for bespoke software and web projects, and ensure our senior leadership focuses only on high-value opportunities.

  • Gather detailed project scopes to prepare initial solution recommendations and package proposals.
  • Manage high-volume outbound activity, including 80–100 touchpoints daily across calls, emails, and Linked In.
  • Book 30+ qualified appointments per month for the Senior Sales Executive.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records, ensuring all opportunities are documented and updated within 24 hours.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between marketing and delivery to ensure seamless client handovers.
  • Nurture long‑term prospects that are not yet sales‑ready through consistent follow‑up.
  • Proven experience selling high-value websites, custom software, or mobile applications (this is a primary requirement).
  • Prior experience working within a digital marketing or technology agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of lead qualification and discovery call frameworks.
  • Ability to handle complex objections regarding technical scopes and digital strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on measurable business outcomes rather than just “deliverables.”
  • Experience working within GMT hours (with a core overlap of 1pm–5pm GMT).
  • A high-energy, disciplined approach to hitting daily activity KPIs (calls, emails, and Linked In outreach).
