Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR), B2B sales professional, or Sales Trainer who is passionate about coaching and developing others.
You’ll take ownership of onboarding new sales hires, equipping them with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence they need to perform successfully from day one.
You’ll deliver structured training across core B2B sales competencies, including prospecting, objection handling, communication, and full sales-cycle fundamentals.
You’ll also continuously improve the onboarding program based on new-hire performance and evolving business requirements.
This remote sales trainer role is particularly well suited to someone who has performed successfully in an SDR, outbound sales, telesales, or call centre environment and wants to build their career around sales coaching, enablement, and people development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver structured onboarding, induction, and sales training programs for new hires.
- Coach new starters on essential B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, objection handling, qualification, and sales-cycle fundamentals.
- Design, adapt, and continuously improve training materials based on business requirements and new-hire performance.
- Monitor new hires throughout onboarding and identify areas where additional coaching or support is required.
- Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to help new team members improve quickly.
- Deliver engaging remote training sessions that combine sales theory with practical exercises and real-world scenarios.

Requirements
- Current or previous experience as an
SDR, BDR, Sales Trainer, New Hire Trainer, Sales Coach , or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience within
B2B sales, outbound sales, telesales, or a call centre environment .
- Solid understanding of prospecting, lead generation, objection handling, qualification, and sales fundamentals.
- A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and helping people develop.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex sales concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging way.
- Confidence providing constructive feedback and coaching individuals with different experience levels.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fully remote, distributed team.
- Able to consistently work UK business hours.
