The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading Operations, Production, and Client Services to ensure design, production, and installation of orders are delivered to high standards. The company employs over 30 people and is further expanding. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will drive continuous improvements and innovation whilst inspiring and motivating your team.

The Operations Manager Role in Brief:- Responsible for managing operations, ensuring products are manufactured to design specifications in a cost-effective manner whilst ensuring quality is achieved.
