This is a new and exclusive opportunity for a largely remote home-based SharePoint Migration Project Manager/ IT Manager to join our charity nonprofit client as they invest in their IT team.
Role Details
- Location: Largely home-based, need to be able to travel to London City 10-20% of the time
- Permanent role: Initially funded for 2 years - permanent salary £40-45,000

Focus of the Role: Project management: delivering Microsoft 365 - SharePoint
Job Purpose
The IT Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of Systems and Technology in leading and having oversight of all systems and technology-related matters by managing the charity's IT systems and infrastructure and line managing the IT Officer. This role involves managing both technical aspects and supporting the day-to-day IT needs of the organization, enabling us to support our members and the communities they serve. The position requires a mix of strategic planning, hands-on technical support, and collaboration with key stakeholders to optimize our technology resources. This is a rare role as there are not many largely home-based IT Manager roles, and it will be ideal for someone who needs more home and work-life balance, or someone later in their career.
Requirements:
- Experience: Project management background
- Industry: Must have nonprofit/charity experience
- Skills: Microsoft 365 - SharePoint
- Availability: Can attend the London office (EC3) as needed, expectation is once or twice a week for the first 3-6 months and then twice a month (roughly)
