This senior position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in 360 permanent recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex hiring landscapes.

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Insurance sector, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Source, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates for permanent roles within the Insurance industry.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on executive and leadership roles within the Insurance industry.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
