This is a new and exclusive opportunity for an IT PMO Project Portfolio Management analyst to join a thriving investment bank as they are growing their IT PMO Project Portfolio Management change team.
Role details:
- Focus: setting and maintaining standards for project governance in EMEA IT
- Business area: Banking, including compliance with said governance and regulations (such as DORA)
- Permanent role salary: £50,000- £80,000 plus benefits and bonus
- Location: London City (Liverpool Street station) and home working hybrid- 3/2 days hybrid
Requirements:
- Background in IT PMO Project Portfolio Management within banking
- Experience using ServiceNow PPM
As the IT PMO Project Portfolio Management analyst, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining standards for project governance in EMEA IT; ensuring compliance with said governance and regulations (such as DORA), ensuring alignment with other change areas both in EMEA and Americas Division from a process and tooling perspective; and being the central source of information regarding the status of all EMEA IT projects.
The team has only been in place for a couple of years and its function and ways of working are still developing; the job holder will be expected to play a part in that development with ideas and then making it work.
The Microsoft Office suite of products is currently the primary tool used by the team though we are in the process of making more use of the ServiceNow PPM tool used by Americas Division. Will need experience to lead EMEA to onboard onto SNOW.
This is a new role with great challenges.
