I am currently supporting one of our Financial Services clients with the below interim requirement:
Location: Manchester
Rate: Β£400 per day (insider IR35, Umbrella Assignment Rate)
Hybrid Role Overview
- Servicing clients across Central and Continental Europe.
- Serve as the main contact for day-to-day client inquiries and manage different types of investigations including resolutions on specific products such as payment, trade or any other BNY product/service issues.
- Provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information on clients.
- Provide day-to-day servicing support to BNY Treasury Services Relationship Management and maintain a positive client experience for our existing and potential new clients.
To be successful in this role:
- Direct client-facing experience within Financial Services.
- Experience of correspondent banking or understanding of the payments product and life cycle.
- Experience of discussing client digital solutions with clients.
- Experience of working in a global team.
